If you have already created a User ID and password you can log in and request a prescription refill by clicking on Prescription Renewal.  Select your doctor and location and complete the required fields.

Your prescription refill request will be reviewed and processed during normal business hours.  Please allow 24 hours for a prescription to be called into your pharmacy.  If you request a refill online after hours or on weekends it will be reviewed and processed on the next business day.  Please request renewals at least 48 hours in advance.

If you have not been seen by your physician in the past 12 months, your request may be denied and you will be directed to request an appointment.

Controlled Substance Refills:

We ask that you not use this website for controlled substance refills.  Requests for controlled substance refills will not be processed after 5pm or on the weekends.
