The My Patient page is your personal inbox.  Once you create a User ID and password you can access your inbox to securely communicate with us.  When you receive an email that your provider has responded, you will need to login to My Patient Account to view the response.

For security purposes NO email messages will be sent with any of your personal information.  Email will only be used to notify you of responses from your provider.
