The Virtual Office Visit is a structured e-consult and is recommended for patients with a specific symptom.  You will answer a series of questions regarding your condition and your doctor may make a diagnosis and recommend treatment.

If you have already created a User ID and password you can log in and begin the Virtual Office Visit by clicking on Virtual Office Visit.

We charge $35 for this service and do not bill your insurance company.  You will be asked for your credit card information prior to completing the visit.  Once you have entered your credit card information, you will need to answer a series of questions regarding your condition.

Our providers make every effort to respond to your visit within 24 hours.  Your provider may write a prescription and/or provide advice to you.  When your provider responds you will receive an e-mail asking you to log onto the website to securely receive the response.
